A priority defect and major expense summary for the home, containing any information of particular importance or time criticality.
Every model and serial number is recorded and monitored for manufacturer recalls and safety warnings.
We do not believe that our service should end with the conclusion of the home inspection. We are available as a lifetime resource for as long as you own the property, should questions or concerns arise, and encourage our clients to do so.
